What You Will Learn
Yarrow and other Summer Herbs
Even in the height of summer, nature offers a vibrant abundance of wild herbs that are rich in healing properties and full of life force. One of the most powerful among them is Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)—a true queen of the summer fields. With her delicate white blossoms and deep medicinal legacy, she offers support for wound healing, the female body, the digestive and nervous systems, and much more. In this workshop, we will explore the herbal wisdom and folklore surrounding Yarrow and other summery plant allies through story, scent, taste, and embodied connection. You’ll be guided into a deeper relationship with these plants through sensory experience and a short meditation to meet Yarrow’s unique spirit.
Practical Integration
Through hands-on exploration, you’ll learn how to work with Yarrow and create your own herbal preparation to take home, whether for personal use or as a gift. By crafting with herbs together, we tap into the deeper wisdom they carry and strengthen our relationship to the natural world.
