About Helena...
I ‘m Helena – a plant lover and a teacher at heart. I live on a small homestead near Bonn. By day, I teach children, but in my free time, you’ll most likely find me in my herb and vegetable garden or out foraging and wildcrafting.
Yoga has been part of my life since I was young, but my deeper spiritual journey began six years ago with a yoga teacher training that supported me through many personal challenges. Yoga became a powerful tool to reconnect with my body, and I developed a deep fascination for movement, embodiment, and the innate wisdom held within the female body.
In recent years, my love for gardening has expanded into the world of wild plants and herbal medicine. Alongside several years of in-depth self-study, I completed a certification as a wild plant educator at the Nature and Herb School Lumdatal.
Today, my work focuses on the healing power of plants—on both physical and emotional levels—and on the grounding force of nature connection and seasonal living. I strive to create offerings and community spaces where we can explore and celebrate these together.
